Return and exchange of goods:

The General rules governing the activities of online stores (in the terminology of the legislator – "remote trade") are established by article 26.1. law of the Russian Federation "of consumer protection".

The buyer can only return the product if the following conditions are met at the same time:

Please note that our organization reserves the right to conduct an expertise of the product, if necessary. If the result of the expertise of the goods finds that the defects occurred due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, the buyer shall reimburse the seller the costs of the expertise and associated cost of transportation of goods.

Making a refund

The return must be shipped as a valuable parcel. Please do not send the parcel by cash on delivery, we do not accept such parcels!

The cost of the product will be refund within 10 days from the date of receipt by the online store from the buyer of the product purchased in the online store.
